Domaine Emmanuel Giboulot is one of the oldest organic estates of Burgundy.
Emmanuel's father had already stopped using any pesticide in the 70's.
The estate is very spread out going from Côte Chalonnaise to Côte de Nuits with its core in the Côte de Beaune.
All the vineyards are meticulously worked to produce the best grapes possible.
Emmanuel produces unique and very stylish wines of purity and finesse.
