LANGUEDOC - ROUSSILLON
Estelle & Pierre Clavel
The Clavel's story is a family story in which the sons Antoine and Martin are progressively taking part in.
Jean Clavel, Pierre's father created the Coteaux du Languedoc AOC back in the days.
The estate is made of 33ha of vineyard from a variety of soils but with the same focus on producing the best grapes possible organically.
Today, Estelle is in charge of making the wines and keeping the strong Mediterranean identity.
